Member register & standing

The society can keep members on its register even when they do not have a phone.

Each member has a standing that can be active, semi-active or dormant. The society's contribution rules can use that standing when calculating what a member owes.

When a member's status changes, the change becomes part of the record instead of changing what the society remembers about the past.
